Summary. We collect only the information necessary to process your order and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

- Name and email address — provided by you at checkout, used to deliver your product and send your receipt.
- Payment information — card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number, CVC, or expiry date.
- Stripe transaction ID — stored in our database to record your purchase and manage refund requests.
2.2 When you contact us
- Name, email address, and message content — stored to allow us to respond to your enquiry.
2.3 Automatically collected data
- Server access logs — our web server automatically records IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and diagnostic purposes. Logs are retained for 30 days.
- We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts beyond those listed in Section 6.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Purchase records — retained for 7 years to comply with financial and tax regulations.
- Contact messages — retained for 2 years, then deleted unless an ongoing matter requires otherwise.
- Download tokens — deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Server logs — deleted after 30 days.

We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the service:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data never touches our servers — it is handled end-to-end by Stripe. Access to our internal database is restricted to authorised personnel only and protected by password authentication.

Our products and services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
